One of my client has come across the error ” The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.”while sending email to an email address. I have checked all the possibilities. I am discussing some of the checks I have done.
[root@LocalClient ~]# dig MX xxxxxxxx.ru +short
So, I have tried different method to fix the issue, but below mentioned fix did work for me.
Login to your WHM and follow below mentioned steps.
“WHM Home » Service Configuration » Exim Configuration Manager » Advanced Editor”
Scroll down to “Add Additional Configuration Setting” and there you need to add this new entry as follows:
“allow_mx_ip_ip” = “yes” as a new entry.
It will fix your issue.
